What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. - If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may β apart from being stored β only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.
4. Data Collection on this Website
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website β for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
Contact Form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you have provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was requested.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions β in particular retention periods β remain unaffected.
5. Plugins and Tools
Google Fonts
This site uses so-called Google Fonts for uniform display of fonts, provided by Google. The integration only takes place after your express consent (cookie banner). After consent has been given, your browser loads the required font "Inter" from Google's servers, whereby your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC (USA).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Β§ 25 para. 1 TDDDG (consent). Consent may be revoked at any time (gear icon at the bottom left of the website). The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.
Further information about Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google reCAPTCHA v3
This website uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. reCAPTCHA is used to keep automated requests (spam, bots) away from the contact form and to ensure the security of the website.
For this purpose, a JavaScript script is loaded from Google's servers, which analyses your usage behaviour when you visit the website (e.g. mouse and keyboard movements, time spent, page interactions). Unlike reCAPTCHA v2, this happens in the background without a visible CAPTCHA. The result is a so-called "score" indicating how likely it is that the user is human. When the contact form is submitted, this score is transmitted together with your IP address to Google for verification.
Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and protection of our website against misuse). Since Google LLC is based in the USA, data is transferred to a third country. Google has committed to comply with EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
Further information about Google reCAPTCHA can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and in the terms of service: https://policies.google.com/terms.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They are used to recognise the web browser and to save certain settings or preferences. Cookies generally contain a name, a value and technical information about their validity period and origin.
localStorage (Local Browser Storage)
In addition to cookies, this website uses the so-called localStorage of your browser. This is a local data store in the browser that functions similarly to cookies but is not automatically transmitted to the server with every request. The localStorage stores exclusively your chosen display preference (dark/light mode) under the key theme. This information does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in user-friendly display) and Β§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG. You can view and delete the localStorage at any time via your browser's developer tools.
Legal Basis
The use of cookies is governed by Β§ 25 TDDDG (Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and the GDPR. Technically necessary cookies may be set without consent pursuant to Β§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG. For all other cookies, we obtain your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Β§ 25 para. 1 TDDDG before they are set.
Technically Necessary Cookies
The following cookies are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the website and cannot be deactivated. They do not store any personally identifiable information.
| Name | Purpose | Provider | Storage Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Stores your cookie settings and preferences so that the cookie notice is not displayed again on every visit. | Tirschner Performance (First-Party) | 24 hours |
| lang | Stores your chosen language preference (German/English) so that the website appears in the last selected language on your next visit. | Tirschner Performance (First-Party) | 24 hours |
| PHPSESSID | PHP session cookie for managing logged-in sessions (admin area). Only set on public pages when a PHP session is required. | Tirschner Performance (First-Party) | End of session (deleted when browser is closed) |
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical operation of the website) and Β§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG.
Cookies from External Services (only with your consent)
The following services are only activated if you consent via our cookie banner.
| Service | Purpose | Provider / Location | Third-country transfer | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | Integration of the "Inter" font for uniform display of the website. When the font resource is accessed, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. | Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA | USA β data transfer on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR | CSS request (no cookie; IP transmission) |
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Β§ 25 para. 1 TDDDG (consent). Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.
Technical Services without Consent (Legitimate Interest)
Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used for spam prevention. Since the reCAPTCHA script is automatically loaded when the page is accessed and usage data is thereby transmitted to Google, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of the website). No cookies are set by reCAPTCHA; processing takes place via script execution and IP transmission.
Managing Cookie Settings and Revoking Consent
You can change your cookie settings or revoke your consent at any time. Click on the gear icon (⚙) at the bottom left of the website to reopen the cookie banner. Alternatively, you can delete the cookie_consent cookie via your browser settings β the cookie banner will then be displayed again on your next visit.
